Who can recycle?
Washington State residents, schools and school districts, and businesses with fewer than 50 employees, are eligible for free recycling of accepted electronic products. Small governments (cities in the state with a population less than fifty thousand and counties with a population less than one hundred twenty-five thousand) are eligible to recycle with E-Cycle Washington.
